Hakone Kyoto Tour 2 Days
Excursion to Mt.Fuji, Hakone, Kyoto & Nara [Optional Nara in 2day tour]
Tour Highlights
DAY 1: Tokyo - Mt. Fuji - Hakone
Morning Leave Tokyo for Hakone by coach.Drive to the 5th station of Mt. Fuji. Lunch at a local restaurant.
Afternoon Exciting aerial ropeway ride in Hakone. Visit to Owakudani Valley and pleasant boat cruising on Lake Ashi. Transfer to Odawara Station.
6:37 p.m. Leave Odawara for Kyoto by Bullet Train.
9:57 p.m. Arrive in Kyoto and check-in at the Hotel in Kyoto.
DAY 2: Kyoto (Optional Nara)
8:25 a.m. Sightseeing in Kyoto by coach, visiting Nijo Castle (when closed, visit Ryoanji Temple instead), Golden Pavilion and Old Imperial Palace. (On Sat., Sun., national holidays and some other days, visit Kitano Tenmangu instead. On Feb. 25, Mar. 25, Aug. 25 and Nov. 25, visit Ryoanji Temple instead.)
Noon The tour disbands.
(Optional Nara)
Noon Lunch at Kyoto Handicraft Center.
1:10p.m Excursion to Nara by coach. Visit Todaiji Temple, Kasuga Shrine and the Deer Park.
6:30p.m Return to Kyoto by coach. The tour disbands.
NOTE:
You will drive up to 4,500 feet from winter to the middle of spring (due to road closures) and some weekends when heavy traffic is expected. It may be necessary to change part of the itinerary (visits and conveyance may be omitted or substituted) and finishing time depending on weather, heavy traffic conditions and/or for operational reasons.
• JR or subway train may be used for pick-up services depending on heavy traffic conditions.

Important Remarks
• You will drive up to the highest possible point when the road up to Mt. Fuji 5th station is closed due to now or other reasons, or if heavy traffic is expected.
• Hakone Sky Gondola or Pirate Boat Cruise on Lake Ashi may be omitted or substituted due to weather conditions, heavy traffic, or other operational reasons. In such cases, a tour guide shall take you to one or two locations from among the following alternative sightseeing spots. Please note, however, that tour will not be canceled or tour fee will not be refunded.
Alternative sightseeing spots: Hakone Shrine, Hakone Check Point, Narukawa Museum in Hakone, Boat Cruise on Lake Kawaguchi or Kawaguchi Ropeway. The tour will not be canceled or tour fee will not be refunded.
• We recommend you to bring warm clothing during autumn and winter.
• Even if Mt. Fuji and other are invisible due to the weather conditions, the tour will not be canceled or tour fee will not be refunded.
• As a general rule, a tour guide will accompany you on the tour bus back to Tokyo after Odawara station. In this case, the tour guide will not board the Bullet Train (Shinkansen) between Odawara and Tokyo to accompany you due to operational reasons. The tour guide will inform those who are returning by Bullet Train, how to go back to your hotel from Tokyo station before boarding the train.
• In some cases, a taxi may be used for pick-up & return services.
• Due to operational reasons, a tour guide may not accompany you when providing pick-up and return services.
• The itinerary may be changed due to heavy traffic, weather conditions, or other operational reasons.
• Tour starts from Dai-ichi Hotel Tokyo at 9:00 a.m..
Cancellation of travel contracts and cancellation charges
[1]If a cliant cancels the Tour Contract for personal reasons,the following cancellation rate will apply to the tour pare. Clients remaining in the tour will incur the balance of additional per room costs associated with the change in number of participants.

[2]In case of cancellation in booking via travel loan beyond HEI(Hankyu Express International Co.,LTD) responsibility,theabove cancellation charges will apply.
[3]If aclient fails to pay the tour fare by the designateded date, HEI will assume the client has canceled as of the following day,and the cancellation charges specified above will apply.
