DAY 1: Tokyo - Mt. Fuji - Hakone
1. Tomei Expressway - Fuji Sky Line -5th Station
Enjoy the scenery of rural Japan whilst driving to Mt. Fuji.
Also enjoy a panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean and snowcapped mountains from an altitude of 8,000 feet.
2. Lunch (W/O Lunch less ¥2,000)
3. Owakudani Boiling Valley
Ancient crater where sulfurous fumes and clouds of steam rise from crevasses. Suggest trying black colored shell boiled egg.
4. Hakone Ropeway - National Park
From the 4 km-long ropeway, enjoy a breathtaking view of the volcanic Hakone Mountains and the Valley of Hell (hot spring).
5. Boat Cruise on Lake Ashi
Enjoy the picturesque and serene natural beauty of the crater lake whilst cruising across the peaceful Lake Ashi.
5:00 p.m. Check-in at the Palace Hotel Hakone.
Relax with "Onsen" or hot spring bath at the hotel.
DAY 2: Hakone - Tokyo
Free time in Hakone until departure.
3:20 p.m. Leave Palace Hotel Hakone for Odawara Station.
4:41 p.m. Leave Odawara for Tokyo By Bullet Train.
5:17 p.m. The tour disbands upon arrival at Tokyo Station.
NOTE:
You will drive up to 4,500 feet from winter to the middle of spring (due to road closures) and some weekends when heavy traffic is expected. It may be necessary to change part of the itinerary (visits and conveyance may be omitted or substituted), due to weather, traffic conditions and/or operational reasons.

Important Remarks
• You will drive up to the highest possible point when the road up to Mt. Fuji 5th station is closed due to now or other reasons, or if heavy traffic is expected.
• Hakone Sky Gondola or Pirate Boat Cruise on Lake Ashi may be omitted or substituted due to weather conditions, heavy traffic, or other operational reasons. In such cases, a tour guide shall take you to one or two locations from among the following alternative sightseeing spots. Please note, however, that tour will not be canceled or tour fee will not be refunded.
Alternative sightseeing spots: Hakone Shrine, Hakone Check Point, Narukawa Museum in Hakone, Boat Cruise on Lake Kawaguchi or Kawaguchi Ropeway. The tour will not be canceled or tour fee will not be refunded.
• We recommend you to bring warm clothing during autumn and winter.
• Even if Mt. Fuji and other are invisible due to the weather conditions, the tour will not be canceled or tour fee will not be refunded.
• As a general rule, a tour guide will accompany you on the tour bus back to Tokyo after Odawara station. In this case, the tour guide will not board the Bullet Train (Shinkansen) between Odawara and Tokyo to accompany you due to operational reasons. The tour guide will inform those who are returning by Bullet Train, how to go back to your hotel from Tokyo station before boarding the train.
• In some cases, a taxi may be used for pick-up & return services.
• Due to operational reasons, a tour guide may not accompany you when providing pick-up and return services.
• The itinerary may be changed due to heavy traffic, weather conditions, or other operational reasons.
• Tour starts from Dai-ichi Hotel Tokyo at 9:00 a.m..
Cancellation of travel contracts and cancellation charges
[1]If a client cancels the Tour Contract for personal reasons,the following cancellation rate will apply to the tour pare. Clients remaining in the tour will incur the balance of additional per room costs associated with the change in number of participants.

[2]In case of cancellation in booking via travel loan beyond HEI (Hankyu Express International Co.,LTD) responsibility,theabove cancellation charges will apply.
[3]If a client fails to pay the tour fare by the designateded date, HEI will assume the client has canceled as of the following day,and the cancellation charges specified above will apply.
