This program is taught by the instructor who focuses on modern music with koto.

Koto (Japanese Harp) is one of the most famous traditional instruments in Japan. The Koto is a horizontal harp, and has 13 strings, 13 movable bridges and is played with picks on the right thumb, index finger and middle finger.

It is characterized by its changing lingering echo of sound. Koto`s diverse sound is used in many Western modern musical styles such as Jazz. There are also many foreign professional Koto players.
Why not experience Japanese culture by playing the Koto for yourself.
