Sushi Tour: Make Your Own Sushi
Schedule
Learn how to make sushi→ Make sushi by yourself→ Sushi tasting
From watching the master chef at a sushi restaurant, it may look as though the art of sushi making is effortless. Although, when you try to make sushi yourself, you will realize just how difficult it really is to make perfectly shaped sushi.
The art of sushi making goes beyond its appearance. Pieces of sushi made from the same fish will taste different if prepared by a master chef or by students.
Find out how the preparation method of sushi reflects its taste. After doing this tour, you will have the knowledge to truly appreciate delicious sushi.
In this program, you will learn how to create nigiri sushi (rice topped with raw fish) as well as makizushi (sushi rolled in dried seaweed). Then you'll be ready to prepare your own delicious sushi at home.
Feedback from our participants:
"They were able to make it very personal." (Male, 20`s) ♦ "This is a very good experience and I learnt a lot about the sushi making process." (Indonesian Female, 29)
