Everyday Japanese Cooking

What comes to your mind when you think of “Japanese food”? Sushi, tempura, sukiyaki? You may be surprised to learn that Japanese people do not often eat these well-known dishes at home.
At home, Japanese people invent new dishes by combining traditional Japanese cuisine with food from other countries.
What do Japanese people – whose life expectancy is one of the longest in the world – eat daily?
Find out by joining this cooking class!

Mr

Mr. Eiji Honda

Nowadays many people are spiritually exhausted. At times like this, I would like to take my time and eat healthy food.
Meals are meant to be savored and fill your heart with happiness.
Home cooked dishes will give you energy to go through the day.
